Should the tenant fail to make twelve (12) rental payments for the initial lease, the Broker will apply a pro-rated refund from the last procurement, as applicable, towards the next procurement fee.60 DAY RENTAL GUARANTEE

Let us take care of the grind of finding a new resident, signing the lease, and answer maintenance calls. This will give you more time to look for that new listing or next buyer for you to represent.If you refer a client to us, please do not worry, when they are ready to sell or buy we will turn them back over to you. We will never sell your clients property out from under you and we are willing to put that in a contract with you.In addition, we will give a $350 referral to any agents who refer a client that signs a tenant placement /property management agreement with us.
